Rapper Pusha T’s concert ends in bloodshed in Toronto
A man is battling for his life after suffering serious stab wounds during a fight that erupted at Pusha T’s concert in Toronto on Tuesday night.
According to the Toronto Police, they are well aware of the online reports that claimed the violence at Danforth Music Hall where they saw beer tossed at the American artist and one man rushed to the stage.
David Hopkinson said on Wednesday that investigation will not start with an opinion. He also said that this has to go where evidence will lead them.
“This may be a sort of beef,” David acknowledged. “But the investigators will look into every single possible scenario.”
This chaos has been captured in a number of videos posted to the social media and has been erupted around 10 p.m. when the people in the crowd suddenly showered towards the stage with water and beer bottles, prompting Pusha T to just walk off from the stage.
People managed to hop over the metal barricade, just to keep fans at a safe distance from the performers.
A fan captured a video and showed that one of the men who climbed to the barricades can easily be seen jumping towards the stage where he was swarmed immediately by security staff who punched and kicked him until managing to disappear back in the sold-out crowd of around 1,400.
It is believed that total 5 people were injured, 3 were taken to hospital with some minor injuries and 2 people refused treatment at the scene.
