Two people admitted in hospital after separate shootings
Two people are admitted in hospital after separate shootings on Thursday early morning at the opposite ends of the city.
The first shooting incident took place near the Woodbine and Lumsden avenues at 3:40 a.m.
According to the initial reports the shooting came in an altercation that the male victim was with a person in a vehicle.
The victim sustained a serious gunshot wound to his abdomen and was immediately transported to the hospital in an unspecified condition.
On the other side, the second shooting happened an later in the downtown area.
Police said that the victim after being shoot took himself to a local hospital in the roadway near to the Bathurst and Adelaide streets at 5 a.m.
Both of the victims were then transported to a trauma center through an emergency run.
No arrest has been done in connection with these separate shooting.
