The SDS i.e Student Direct Stream Scheme is a new visa process which is launched by the Canadian High Commission and comes in an effect from 9th June’ 2018. SDS is an administrative structure, which is implemented and designed in an alliance of ACCC i.e Association of Canadian Community Colleges that has Canadian visa office in India.

SDS offers a streamlined education application process for those students that have strong French or English language abilities. Below are the top 10 colleges in Ontario under student direct stream scheme:

1. Sheridan College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning: The Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, once was known as Sheridan College of Applied Arts and Technology is commonly known as The Sheridan College. 

This college has 35,000 continuing education students and 23,000 full-time students. This institute was founded in the year 1967 and offers a number of programs in animation, community studies, engineering technology, applied computing, business, film and design, music theatre and liberal studies. This Institute has its campuses in Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville.

Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology: The Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, commonly is known as Northern College, it is a college of applied arts and technology located in Northern Ontario.
